We accept orders by Post or Fax by printing the order form from the website and send a cheque or postal order. Please make cheques payable to Oberon Equestrian and write your cheque card number on the reverse. If you don t have an order form, please write out your order clearly on paper and post it to Kingsland UK

Orders can be placed by phone and upon receipt of your cheque/postal order, your goods will be despatched after three working days. Please allow between 5 to 10 working days for delivery, although most orders will arrive within 48hrs after despatch. We also accept credit card orders - Mastercard, Visa, and Switch.
You can view all our products via our web site and order by using the ‘add to basket’ option. You can check progress on you order and view archived orders via your account option.
Postage & Packing (P&P)
P&P is charged at £5.95 for our standard delivery, via Royal Mail’s Special Delivery. Express next day delivery, is available to most parts of mainland UK, charged at £10.00, fulfilled by Parceline. Please ask when ordering, if this is required, and order before midday. For all Islands off the UK Mainland incl Isle or Man, Northern Ireland, Scottish Islands, please note that £2 will be added to the postage for all items over 2kg. All items under 2kg will be the standard UK postage cost quoted. Please contact us for Overseas Postage - it will be charged at cost.
Please note: P&P on all our horse rugs is charged at £10.00, and fulfilled by Parceline.
In the event of re-delivery If the courier company is unable to deliver your order and you do not contact them with a convenient time for re-delivery a £15.00 re-delivery charge will be incurred
Refunds will be made for any items returned (at customers expense) which are unused and not damaged, within 28 days of receiving them. A refund for your goods will be made less a 20% restocking fee. (This does not affect your statutory rights). Goods returned under complaint will not be accepted unless clean and dry. Health & Safety Act 1972. Please remember to ask for a Proof of posting certificate when returning goods as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit to us.
Where the goods are returned due to being faulty, customers are entitled to return them within a reasonable time after purchase as per the Sale of Goods Act 1979 (as amended) and claim a refund plus costs. Returns are accepted if an item is mis-described or faulty (they are then not subject to the 20% re-stocking fee). You must notify us of your intention to return goods within 7 days from the purchase date otherwise we are not obliged to accept them.
You may cancel your order if you wish within 7 working days from the day after receiving your goods. The goods must be returned clean and unused and customers are required to pay return postage. A refund for your goods will be made within 28 days of cancellation less a 20% restocking fee.
Prices may be subject to increases beyond our control. If the cost of your order differs from the prices quoted, we will contact you, either by telephone or letter, to request your instructions.
All items are inclusive of VAT
For large orders, please contact us as discounts maybe available for bulk purchases and delivery may be required. Overseas orders should also contact us for postage rates and payment terms.
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998) and according to the Which? Web trader Code of Practice. We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly to process your order and second, provide you with the best possible service. We will not email you in the future unless you have given us your consent., and we will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us. The type of information collected about you includes your name, address, phone number email address and credit/debit card details. The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy, the law and the Which? Web Trader Code. We do not give any personal information to any third party, it is only used by Kingsland Equestrian. We will endeavour to keep the information we hold about you up to date and accurate. You may check with us by email and any inaccuracies will be deleted or promptly corrected. We use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site, this does not link IP addresses to anything personally identifiable which means that the user will be anonymous. Cookies are not used. If you have any questions/comments about privacy please contact us.

It is our policy to acknowledge any enquiries or complaints within 5 working days and to keep customers informed of progress or likely timescales for resolving any problems. We are happy to attend to you between 9am morning to 5pm evening, Monday to Friday. If no-one is in the office when you call our answerphone service will give you our mobile numbers. Calls are charged at normal standard rates for landline or mobile phones.
Most orders are despatched in 48 hours, however, at peak times or when stock is limited delays may occur. At such times, please allow 28 days for delivery. You will be advised of any expected delays at the time of ordering. Please note if you are returning something because it doesn t fit or it s not suitable, you will need to pay the postage costs to return it to us. If you would like us to replace the goods with another size or colour, we make a small charge of £4.95 for postage on the replacement.
